Why My Tacoma Freaked Out at Startup (And the Real Cause Shocked Me)

My 4th GEN Tacoma, a 2025 Toyota Tacoma Trailhunter threw a scary “Visit Your Dealer” warning at startup with a trouble code. Dash errors, console alerts — everything lit up. After scanning with my Launch OBD2 scanner, I pulled a Mass Airflow Sensor error… but the REAL cause was something totally different.
